Passionate about philanthropy and social change, Gabe believes his privilege should be used to amplify the voices of non-privileged communities.
Gabe’s first experience with a non-profit was with the Gabe Kapler Foundation to combat domestic violence. He now uses his platforms to discuss inequality and diversity. Commited to social justice, Gabe began developing Pipeline for Change to create an avenue of opportunity for individuals interested in working in sports.
Given his experience on and off the field, Gabe believes a more diverse world in business and in sport creates a more inclusive atmosphere, attracts a larger audience and makes for stronger organizations across the board.
